Design & Build
We are the largest timber frame design and manufacturer in the area.
In our Lochgilphead timber factory, we incorporate over 25 years of experience in this field, with the best of modern technologies to provide a fast quality product. We can produce a kit only supply or design and build, involving ourselves in a project from start to finish.
At an initial stage, using architects drawings we will design the kit using highly specialised software, detailing every panel in the structure. This enables us to customise the kit according to each clients differing wants and needs. Great care is taken at this part of the project ensuring the client is happy with the design and the assembly of the frames can be as quick a process as possible.
Kit Assembly
After the Kit is designed, the frames can then be loaded into our automated frame-maker which assembles the kit, nailing each timber in place. This process would have been traditionally done by hand, with potentially more room for errors, so our automated machines mean our kits can be produced quickly and accurately.
